An annotated guide to the literature on the Aristotelian commentators, prepared by John Sellars, is now available online via Oxford Bibliographies (requires subscription).
The first edition of Richard Sorabji’s Aristotle Transformed (London, 1990) contained a bibliography of work on the commentators up to 1990. We can now make available a PDF, with permission of the publisher.

A bibliography of work from 1990 to 2004 was compiled by John Sellars and published in Philosophy, Science and Exegesis in Greek, Arabic and Latin Commentaries, ed. P. Adamson, H. Baltussen, and M. W. F. Stone (London, 2004), 239-68. It is also available here as a PDF.
