Bibliographies of Work on the Ancient Commentators on Aristotle
An annotated guide to the literature on the Aristotelian commentators, prepared by John Sellars, is now available online via Oxford Bibliographies (requires subscription).
The first edition of Richard Sorabji’s Aristotle Transformed (London, 1990) contained a bibliography of work on the commentators up to 1990. We can now make available a PDF, with permission of the publisher.
A bibliography of work from 1990 to 2004 was compiled by John Sellars and published in Philosophy, Science and Exegesis in Greek, Arabic and Latin Commentaries, ed. P. Adamson, H. Baltussen, and M. W. F. Stone (London, 2004), 239-68. It is also available here as a PDF.

To these we now add a bibliography of work from 2004 to 2016, as a PDF. This replaces an earlier version posted here running up to 2013.
We also have a bibliographical guide to the commentary tradition in Greek, Syriac, and Arabic philosophy, arranged chronologically from Andronicus to Averroes.
We welcome reports of additions and corrections, which can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
